RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns must be authorized by phone: +1 918 728 8988, or email, email@example.com. Please contact us regarding store credit or exchange within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. If we are not contacted within seven (7) days, we cannot accept the return.
The product must be in original condition without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. All charges related to shipping are buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping cost for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and taxes are still the responsibility of the customer. Select items are not eligible for refunded returns.
All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. On A Whim reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.
